Comments / Notes: Record is pretty clean, not perfect but pretty nice. Some monster songs. The tunes have about all your would ever want on a psych record. Collectable for sure. If you like keyboards in garage and psych, like I do, your will love this one.
Record Condition: VG+ Appears to have been played only a little. Lots of shine with a few light scuffs / scratches.
Labels Condition: VG, mild wear. See scans.
Record Sleeve: Original factory sleeve, very nice front side, sticker removal issue on flip, less than 1 inch by 1 inch area.
