Gamma - Alpha LP
Very very rare, obscure Dutch Prog-Rock from 1973. Very competent and sometimes excellent symphonic rock, wonderful instrumentals and psych singing/lyrics. Style alternates between rhythm & bluesy rock and academic prog, with quite a few beautifully orchestrated and touching horns throughout.
Musicians: Ed Starink, Frans Te Spenke (Frans Michel), Jan Willem Ludolph, Kees Moolhuizen, Paul Poulissen, Ton Van Dijk;
If you're actually lucky enough to find this item, it will usually be listed at over $100 in this condition!
This very rare gatefold LP is Ga, Holland 1973, catalog number GA 7206.
Condition:
Vinyl is VG/VG+: no skips whatsoever but visible scuffs, and crackles which in the more quiet bits WILL affect listening, but not destroy it. Crackles are very easily ignored for the most part, though, and sometimes inaudible;
Jacket is VG+: intact but shows wear on seams and some ringwear.

Important notes about records/grading:
- I grade the records to the best of my ability and according to the system specified below; infact, just to be on the safe side, I give them a slightly lower grading than I feel they actually deserve; HOWEVER: for the most part it's been a long time since these albums have been played, and I can't afford the time to give them all a proper spin, so I can't vouch a 100% for accuracy.
- All the records I sell come from my PRIVATE collection, have been played but loved and taken good care of, and never used for DJ'ing or such.
- All records are packaged very safely for shipping, in (water repellant when available) cardboard and white wrapping paper, and shipped as 'fragile' items.
Grading:
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL LP'S ARE USED, and all grading is relative to that fact!
(grading without specification is basically variations on a theme):
MINT (M): Vinyl + Jacket - basically new for a used LP.
M-
NM+
NEAR MINT (NM): Vinyl - Slight visible wear, no/hardly any effect on audio; Jacket - Looks practically new, maybe some very minimal wear.
NM-
VG++
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): vinyl - visible minimal wear, some minor effect on sound. Jacket - some wear, very slight damages (sticker residue, split seam, really small tear etc.)
VERY GOOD (VG): same as VG+, wear/damages more noticable.
VG-
G++
G+
GOOD (G): vinyl - some surface scratches and marks etc. Crackling, but no skips. Jacket - significant wear (tears, split seams, markings, tape etc).
G-
POOR: Buy it to hang on your wall or something.
