Returns policy - please read carefully - sadly some ebay users are not honest, which has forced me to review my returns policy.

Items must be returned within 14 days Un-used, Un-worn with any/all accessories, and in the original packaging.

If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind - I will accept the item back, however I will not refund any postage costs, original or return.
I am a private seller and cannot afford a "try before you buy" agreement.
Items are listed fully and you have the chance to ask questions during the sale.

All of my items are carefully checked before listing. I also take a lot of photographs to prove the condition/description of each item before they are sent to you.

If you want to return an item as faulty or not as described I will need to see photographs of damage or a full explanation of how the item is not as described before I accept a return.
If my item comes back used or willfully damaged you will not receive a refund and I will fight any case you try to bring against me.

All vinyl I sell is played through and any skips or jumps are described in the listing, however I am only human and may not always notice pops crackles.
Please bear in mind it is used and will not be perfect! (I also make recordings of my vinyl which are saved onto my laptop, so if you notice a jump or skip which wasn't in the description I can check it out for you )

Items lost or damaged in the post :

You will need to put the claim in yourself as I send all items signed for, and royal mail will need a copy of your signature to check against any on their system.
I will help you with any claim and will have receipts and time/date stamped photos of all items before and after packaging them up. I can forward these on to you if the item ends up damaged in transit.

I have 100% positive feedback because I am honest and always do my best if problems arise. Please contact me if you are not happy with any item you have received or your parcel does not arrive etc and I will always do my best to resolve.
I have had two return requests out of all the years I have been selling on ebay.
One just recently which was a change of mind and one a few years ago where a buyer was trying to get my item for free,
so sorry if I sound harsh, but I have needed to toughen up to avoid getting stung!!
