Description
I Love You b/w Stay By Her Side. Record looks about VG and plays about VG+. Please view pictures for conditions of label. Not warped or pressed off center. Made of vinyl, not styrene. Audio samples provided of both sides. Recorded flat with no bass, treble, or noise reduction added. Tracked with a Stanton 500 cartridge with original Stanton stylus at 2.5 grams.
This is one of the rarest garage 45's on the planet. It's obviously been unsleeved for most of it's life but has no scratches or gouges that click or can be felt with your fingernail. It does have numerous surface scratches that go largely unheard. The grooves have some graying from being played but as you can hear in the samples both sides still play very clearly with almost no distortion. Both samples are complete with groove lead in not deleted so you don't get any "surprises".
The A side of this record was comped on Back From The Grave Part 3 and Volume 7.
I have collected records for 40 years or more and this is the only copy I've ever found or seen. And I don't live too far from the Port Byron N.Y. area where this record was from.
