Description

What I’m offering is a VERY RARE private press garage picture sleeve 45 by The Cirkyt titled Six Page Letter b/w That’s The Way Life Is, issued on Jody6703/6704 in 1967. This is an original pressing and not a reissue of any kind. 
The Cirkyt were based in Ellington CT and featured Tommy Dae on vocals. 
The grading on the record is Poor condition sleeve, NM condition record A side, EX condition record B side. 
The Poor condition sleeve has numerous condition issues the most serious being a ¾ inch diameter area of paper loss in the center on one side. The sleeve was punctured through the center on both sides but I was able to close the tears from the inside on one side using clear tape. Unfortunately, the other side of the sleeve has paper loss. One seam of the sleeve has been taped from top to bottom using clear tape. The sleeve also has numerous creases (not folds), bends, handling marks and a slight record impression. Regardless of all these issues, the graphics of the sleeve are quite strong. 
The 45 is in solid flawless condition on the A side and has a couple of surface marks on the B side that are totally inaudible and does not affect its play. 
The 45 itself does surface once in a while but the picture sleeve is another story. It may be quite a while before another copy of the picture sleeve comes up for sale. 
There is a light amount of underlying background noise during playback.
