A rare opportunity to bid for this original U.K. double vinyl copy of Garbage's brilliant, self-titled, debut album!

Bought new at the time of release from HMV in Croydon, U.K., it has just been carefully stored, unplayed, ever since!

Sleeve: Single, thick, double-depth card, with the front cover showing a mass of pink feathers, with a stencil of the letter 'G'

in the centre and the band name/album title in large, lower-case, over-inked type, top-right. The back cover has a slightly blurred,

colour photo of the band, apparently taken on a street, with Shirley Manson in the foreground, pulling a face, and the guys behind

her covering their faces! Track listing is hand-written (printed) in white across the bottom. The barcode (9 399603 14502) is top-right,

with the label logo just to the left. The sleeve is in superb, original, unmarked and undamaged condition! Awesome!

Inner Sleeves: Two thin card picture bags. The Record 1 bag is red on one side, with a vaguely rippled background image, and has what

looks like a close-up picture of striped fur on the other. Both faces show song lyrics and details of additional musicians, with the catalogue

number printed centrally on the red face, just above the bottom edge. The Record 2 bag is blue on one side, with a close-up image of feathers,

the other face showing what appears to be a painted wood surface with a few holes in it! The blue side has song lyrics and details of additional

musicians, with the opposite face showing hand-written (printed) album credits and 'thanks'. Both bags are in fantastic, unmarked condition,

with the only fault being a 30mm central split in the bottom edge of the red, Record 1 bag!

Matrix Numbers: Side A- L31450-1A1 followed by a reversed number 5, or it may be an odd 2, then DAMONT

and the letter D, or it may be A.

Side B - L31450-1B1 followed by a reversed number 5, or it may be an odd 2, then DAMONT

 and the letter D, or it may be A.

Side C - L31450-2A1 followed by a reversed number 5, or it may be an odd 2, then DAMONT and the letter B.

Side D - L31450-2B1 followed by a reversed number 5, or it may be an odd 2, then DAMONT

 and the letter D, or it may be A.

Vinyl: Beautifully shiny and unmarked! The vinyl is slightly uneven around the hole on both sides

of Record 1 and the labels are depressed in these places.

This is just one item from my own extensive and eclectic personal collection of music and related bits and pieces which I will be listing over the next few months, or so.
