Comes with what APPEARS to be a color copy of the pic sleeve

Rare and amazing prae-kraut madness from Belgium by the Garnets, circa 1967.  “A Cellar Of Narcotics” rides a schizophrenic organ groove and sounds as murky and claustrophobic as, well, a cellar of narcotics.  Flipside “A Sunny Walk in Rainy Days” is slower and filled with an overwhelming sense of European ennui (even moreso than actually living in Belgium), riding a downcast Procol Harum organ melody into what sounds like a drunken orgy with some giggling Belgian schoolgirl.  And if you ask me, that’s no reason to be so depressed.
