 Terms of Sale/Refund Policy

If an item arrives defective or 'not as advertised', the bidder/buyer must initiate contact within 5 days of having received the item. Returned item must be same item purchased and unopened if bought unopened. I will determine the best method for resolving the issue and return contact in a timely manner. Once a return has been authorized by us (Decadesrecords), the bidder/buyer has 10 days to return the item. In a Nutshell; if it is our fault, we'll fix it. We will pay for return shipping on 'not as advertised' products only.
