Some shows are so momentous, they pass into rock ‘n’ roll folklore. When Gary Moore stepped onto the stage of

London’s Islington Academy on December 2nd, 2009, it was a true one-off, showcasing one of blues-rock’s biggest

names in an intimate club setting. Nobody in the sell-out crowd that night suspected the great Irish bluesman was

close to the end. But when Moore passed away fourteen months later, aged just 58, the show took on added

poignancy, cherished as one of his last stands, kept alive in the memories of those who attended. Live From London is
showcasing one of blues-rock’s biggest names in an intimate club setting, bottling a performance that stands amongst
Moore’s very best!

    Algunos espectáculos son tan trascendentales, que pasan a formar parte del “folclore” del rock 'n' roll. Cuando Gary
    Moore subió al escenario de la Academia Islington de Londres el 2 de diciembre de 2009, fue algo realmente único,
    mostrando a uno de los más grandes nombres del blues-rock en un ambiente íntimo de club. Nadie en el público que

    llenó el local aquella noche, sospechó que el gran bluesman irlandés estaba cerca del final de su vida. Pero cuando

    Moore falleció catorce meses después, a la edad de 58 años, el concierto adquirió una mayor importancia. Live From

    London presenta a uno de los más grandes nombres del blues-rock en un ambiente íntimo de club, ofreciendo una

    actuación que está entre las mejores de Moore.
