Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’


Only 400 hand-numbered records were issued....and this is number 29 (see scans). eBay prices $81 + $75 + $75 + $75 again. All 400 singles are signed by guitarist Crazy Ruben. You are bidding on a special edition of the original first pressing of the GEARS only 7” release from Los Angeles. Released on private mini label ‘Four Speed Music’ in 1979. A superclean pressing of this hyper-melodic punk classic from the West Coast. This 3 tracker goes by the title Let’s Go To The Beach EP. And the outstanding track ‘Don't Be Afraid To Pogo’ (what a delicate title for a punk song) is pure singalong punk with powerful straight forward guitar riffs. The other two tracks are fast and really catchy. ‘Hard Rock’ was born with many oh-oh-oh’s in the background and also appears on the great BLOODSTAINS ACROSS CALIFORNIA sampler. Tip-top condition.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
