GEMINI OZ W.AUST.CUSTOM ROCK “WHEN WILL I BE/AMARILLO’
A custom recording from this West Australian band which was pressed at EMI in Sydney. It probably dates from the early 1970’s.Both sides are different to the pop psych usually associated with Gemini. The (a) side is up tempo guitar driven rock with a strong solo from Charlie Hall. The (b) side is similar. The (a) side has a few light marks and is EX- while the (b) side is a bit more marked and is VG. Both sides play loud and clear on my set- up. The (a) side has a sticker stain with a label about the size of a match stick (see scan). Surprising stuff.
CONDITION WISE:
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks. .
