RECORD CONDITION: NM (a few mild little hairlines which do not affect the sound quality)
SLEEVE CONDITION: G+ (creases, wear, scrappings along the edges, some little wet stains. Stuck edge splitting at the bottom edge, a litte edge splitting on the top right corner. A name and date in black felt tip pen along the top edge at the back. See pictures please)
