**ALL STAR SESSIONS**
All Star Sessions is an album by saxophonist Gene Ammons recorded between 1950 and 1955 and released on the Prestige label.
Allmusic awarded the album 4½ stars with its review by Stewart Mason stating, "A bop classic, All-Star Session was the recording debut of Gene Ammons as a leader with his group the Gene Ammons All-Stars, featuring his fellow tenor saxophonist Sonny Stitt... Those looking to explore Stitt and Ammons' enormous catalogs (both together and separately) could do much worse than starting right here"

I do my best to grade accurately. It's not an exact 'Science', it's a subjective exercise. If you feel that I have erred drastically, please let me know and we'll sort it out. Thanks.
I try to use the 'Goldmine' grading system. (NM, VG, G with appropriate +/-) NM would be my highest grade. I have endeavored to be as accurate in my assessment as I can. I will not sell LPs that appear to be in less of a condition than I myself would be happy to receive. The only exception would be truly rare discs and then any flaws would be clearly explained. Having been disappointed by the condition of a number of LPs purchased I am EXTREMELY sensitive to this issue and will try my best to grade with this in mind.
