Side 1/Side 2: Weak VG+: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, nothig feelable, still pretty clean, plays nice.
Label: Yellow/Black. "PRESTIGE RECORDS, Inc., 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" stamp on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Front/Back: Front and back cover are completely separated, edge & corner wear, writing on top of back.
