Record Grading: Very Good (VG)
Side 1/Side 2: Strong VG: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a couple of slightly feelable scratches, still pretty clean, plays very well.
Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)
Front/Back: Laminated cover, wear & tear on top of back cover, minor crease on top right, still nice.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
