Description
Recorded at Van Gelder’s studio on July 13, 1956, this session includes the following: : Donald Byrd, Art Farmer (tp) Jackie McLean (as) Gene Ammons (ts) Mal Waldron (p) Doug Watkins (b) Art Taylor (d). SIDE A: JAMMIN’ WITH GENE and WE’LL BE TOGETHER AGAIN, SIDE B: NOT REALLY THE BLUES. This has the yellow and black label and is a MONO recording.
I’ve given the vinyl a M- grading as it is clean of any marks on both sides on the vinyl. There is no sign of wear in or around the spindle hole. The vinyl still retains its original luster. The record jacket was graded EX and is in excellent condition with the exception of a top taped seam. However, the seam was not broken but there was a problem with the flap when it was made, as it originally was outside the liner notes. I taped it down so it would not tear. Other than that, it’s clean. It does have the letters “S.O.” stamped on the back. If you have any questions, please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
Satisfaction guaranteed on item. I regret that the USPS has raised their prices. The LP will be well packed. Fully packed in a crush proof box, it weighs 8 pounds. Due to increased cost, I have to charge an additional $1.00 for packing in the crush proof box. Believe me, it’s worth it! Payment managed by eBay. The LP will be shipped either by Media Rate @ $4.35. Overseas bidders should consider First Class Package International. The cost to Europe and Asia begins around $30.00 depending where you live, in the crush proof box. It’s worth it! USPS has continued to hammer overseas shipping!
