__1962 Verve Mono/Van Gelder stamp in deadwax__ Visually graded Vinyl is:  Side One:-Strong VG+ (4 small marks at the end of last song). Side Two:-NO Marks at all but there is a residual haze from prior plastic sleeve.(shipped in a plain paper sleeve). Jacket is VG+, Hi-Gloss cover in EXCELLENT Condition!!! **The soulful Ammons and the bop-oriented Stitt meshed well whether playing standards, jamming on familiar melodies, or in ballad form. Those who crave the live cutting sessions that made jazz very exciting in the early '60s might also consider this tamer studio effort.
