COLLECTOR'S SERIES: EARLY L.A. SESSIONS GENE CLARK COLUMBIA KC31123 U.S. IMPORT 1972 Stereo Vinyl LP
In the early 70s Gene Clark and producer Jim Dickson remixed Gene's 1967 first 'solo' album 'Gene Clark and the Gosdin Brothers', re-recording vocals and changing the album's running order. This is the result - released in 1972 under a new title. Some familiar names contributed, including Chris Hillman, Doug Dillard, Glen Campbell and Leon Russell.
Disc aural: NEAR MINT Disc visual: NEAR MINT Sleeve: EXCELLENT - some light age-tanning on the back and a tiny split/rub at the bottom corner. Original Columbia 'Inner Sleeve' advertising other artists' albums.
