RCA Victor 10-inch 78 RPM record # 22-0070 is "Gold Ain't Everything" and "Up the Hill with Jeep" by Gene Gilbeaux and his Orchestra, with vocals by Choo Choo Trane on the former, and an alto sax solo by Don Hill on the latter.
As you can probably see in the pictures, someone took a good-sized bite out of the edge of it, so you're going to miss the first 40 or 50 revolutions. The rest of the record, however, looks to be in VG+ or better condition, still beautifully shiny, and very little visible surface wear. It plays through without jumping or repeating on my Audio-Technica turntable, with mostly just very light and tolerable background noise, but some occasional pops and clicks. And to quantify the lost bite of music, you still have well over two minutes of playing time on each side. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment.
i wouldn't normally list a record in this condition, but this one seems rare enough that there might be someone out there who would rather have a partial record than no record at all. Speaking of rarity, I see no copies for sale or recently sold on either eBay or Discogs.
