ARTIST - GENE MARSHALL TITLE - ANGEL DREAMER B/W FISHERMAN, FISHERMA'AM LABEL - PREVIEW CATALOG NO - 2701
RECORD GRADING - VG-  (see grading system below)
The label has a lot of wear on the Angel Dreamer side. The flip is a bit better. Quite a few light scuffs and scratches but it plays rather well as you will hear in a song clip below. 
Previously undocumented and unheard song poem by the ace song poem singer Gene Marshall. Soft soul with synth and subtle wah wah guitar delivered with lounge coolness. 
The flip is an incredibly strange song about...fishing...with lyrics like "Watch it leap, see it die, all explode before your eyes."  Also some nonsensical lyrics about being a fisherman standing in a boat (not a good idea) and relaxing your arms before you row your boat. (!)  Gene does a great job here too as well as having a spoken word part.

VJ'S VINYL GRADING SYSTEM:

(based on Goldmine) 

If graded Mint - never used, once a record is opened, the top you can get is mint minus.

If graded Mint Minus or Near Mint (NM) - A great record, one or two fine hairline scuffs, sounds flawless. A mint minus record can "play" mint. Covers are new looking, may have shrink wrap.

If graded Excellent (EX) - Can have faint hairline scuffs that do not affect play. Can have very minor infrequent crackling. Minor bumps in the cover.

If graded Very Good plus (VG+) - Scuffs can be more prevalent, with a little more surface noise. If it visually has more scuffs but plays great, I will note that. Still, a very fine and playable copy. Covers have minor age and shelf wear. 

If graded Very Good (VG) - Can have lots of hairline scuffs, and maybe one or two scratches. Surface noise is more prevalent with some popping in spots. Covers have more extensive age and shelf wear. Minor splits.

If graded Very Good minus (VG minus) - More in the way of scratches and surface noise is NOT infrequent. Still, a viable copy. Covers may have splits. 

If graded Good plus (G+) - only reserved for a very rare or popular record. Very noisy, maybe some skips, scratches are evident. Covers are trashed. 

If graded STILL SEALED - I will grade the vinyl as "still sealed." That means it's probably mint minus because I do not know if there were any factory defects. 

If reported to have Hairline scuffs -  light yet visible. Cannot be felt with the skin of your finger. 

If stated to have Scratches - Can be felt.

If reported, Age wear - on a cover is either fading or yellowing. 

If reported, Shelf wear - is ring wear, corner bumps, or fraying.

If I am on the fence between grades, I will go with the lower one. 

I will not use VG++ etc., but will say that a record is a "strong" VG+.
