GENE VINCENT AND HIS BLUE CAPS. Blue Jean Bop LP Capitol Records T764 UK 1956 ( flip back sleeve) Hello and welcome to my listing. Original UK issue 1956 first pressing 1950s rock and Roll twelve inch long player from Gene Vincent and His Blue Caps.
Tracks featured are: -Bluejean Bop -Jezebel -Who Slapped John? -Aint’t She Sweet -I Flipped -Waltz Of The Wind -Jump Back, Honey, Jump Back -That Old gang Of Mine -Jumps, Giggles and Shouts -Up A Lazy River -Bop Street -Peg O’ My Heart Record purchased in 1956 for £1/12 shillings, sole owner ever since, stored safely in record collection since and seldom played.
Record in absolutely excellent condition. Even when studied closely there are no surface marks of any description. Absolutely no scratches, jumps sticks or defects of any description. Vinyl still has beautiful luster and sheen and centre holes show no traces of overuse. Two extremely light surface marks when viewed with magnifying glass.
Inner sleeve in excellent condition with no marks, tears or rips.
Cover in very good condition with all seams and corners intact. All text fully legible to front and rear. Evidence of minor contour creasing from circumference of disc. No tears. Spine has de-lamination/very small split around title of record only. Rear cover has original sale price in ink (very small). Item will be dispatched upon clearance of payment.
