Description
T 764 on Capitol (Turquiose) label. 1956 Gene Vincent And His Blue Caps album "Bluejean Bop". Tracks are: Bluejean Bop, Jezebel, Who Slapped John, Ain't She Sweet, I Flipped, Waltz Of The Wind, Jump Back Honey, Wedding Bells (Are Breaking Up That Old Gang Of Mine), Jumps Giggles And Shouts, Lazy River, Bop Street, Peg O' My Heart.
This terrific and very rare album is in very good condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has just light wispy hairline surface marks. These do not cover the record and do not effect the play. There is just one small light scratch on side 2 at the end of track 5 and beginning of track 6. This results in a light pop but no skips or jumps. The labels show light spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks.
The fully laminated cover with half moon flip over flaps has some small tears along the opening edges and some laminate has peeled from along the opening edges. One small 1.5 centimetre seam split to the middle of the spine edge. This is very neat and could be repaired very neatly. Some laminate cracking along the spine edge and a very small scuff to the middle of the top and bottom edges. Very slight.
Great and very rare album.
