Hello again!  you are considering bidding on   a collectable GENE VINCENT  LP Record Date W/ Blue Caps Promotional Black Capitol Rainbow Label  Nice conditions from a private collector - always kept in protective sleeve VG+/VG (vinyl/cover). Cover spline and edge has age rot, yellowing on the back, no writing, labels are nice - stampers T1 1059 D2 / T2 1059 D1 comes with light scuffs and marks but not bad. Play graded with some pops and noise in the quiet parts, not overpowering during playback, very nice mono sounds and plays loud. Importing into my tunes right now - Happy Record Store Day! (2009 book $1000 in nm).

This is how we grade the records - Goldmine Standard for listing the condition of items for sale.
Mint (M) Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed. Should be used sparingly as a grade, If at all.

Near Mint (NM or M-) A nearly perfect record. Near Mint is the highest price listed in all Goldmine price guides. Anything that exceeds this grade, in the opinion of both buyer and seller, is worth significantly more than the highest Goldmine book value.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Generally worth 50 percent of the Near Mint value. A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. We usually only list items that are VG+ at least unless it is a rare item and then we would describe any defects in detail.
