Fully complete and correct first pressing of this classic Genesis LP.  On the large mad hatter label and with -1U Matrix endings, this LP comes complete with first release red Charisma advertising inner. The textured cover has red lettering on the spine of the LP.
 
Grading: -
 
Outer Sleeve: EX+
 
The first press outer sleeve is graded EX+ condition.  This is really superb example of the first press textured sleeve. The red lettering on the spine is fully legible and has not faded to orange as is often the case.  The cover retains a very “crisp” appearance with no rough edges or fraying and the colours are as new will deep colour tone and contrast. It has clearly been extremely well cared for during its 47-year lifespan. There is one feint crease on the rear cover, and some very light shelf wear to the bottom edge, but neither of these detract from what is a really beautiful condition sleeve that would honestly take some beating in terms of finding an upgrade. Please note that I grade conservatively!
 
Vinyl: EX+
 
The Vinyl is in EX+ condition. The record is in beautiful condition and is really stunning. There are just a few extremely feint hairlines only visible when viewed under a bright halogen light. This is a superb example and would difficult to upgrade. One of the nicest copies I have seen in a long, long time.

Very low mother stampers in the GRAMOPHLTD sequence, B side is only the 5th Mother stamper!
 
Labels: Mint
 
The Labels are in Mint condition – perfectly clean. I could detect just the feintest of spindle marks when viewed under bright halogen light.
 
Inner Sleeve:  EX+
 
The custom Charisma advertising inner is in EX+ condition.  It is clean and unsplit and retains it’s beautiful bright red colouring. There is just some minor creasing but it’s one of the best copies I’ve seen and is up there with the best around. 
 
This is a fantastic complete and truly first press example of this classic Genesis LP. 
 
Postage and Packing:
 
All records are placed in a separate poly lined inner and stored flat outside the sleeve and then placed sealed in a re-sealable polythene outer prior to shipping.  Records are then placed between square cardboard sheets before packaging into cruciform mailers especially designed for LP’s. These mailers are a high-grade type which reinforce the edges around the LP and as such they are larger and weigh more than standard mailers.  My postage costs reflect the additional size and weight of the packaging that I use.
