  Artist/Group: GENESIS   Title: HOME BY THE SEA   Format: 7" Single   Record Label: Vertigo Catalogue no. 880 222-7   Country of origin: Holland   Track listing: Home By The Sea c/w Second Home By The Sea   Condition (Inner/Outer): VG+/EX   Description: Rare release from Holland with unique art sleeve. Record is in excellent condition with minor wear to vinyl, mainly faint surface marks in several spots on either side (visible only under bright light), but no scratches or scuff marks. Labels are clean on both sides and the vinyl retains its original sheen; looks great! Much of the wear present may possibly be the result of handling, because evidence seems to suggest that this record hasn't been played more than a couple of times. Sleeve is lightly textured and EX with a small amount of ring-wear and a little creasing, but is otherwise fine. There is a tiny patch on the front of the sleeve where a sticker once was, but there are no tears or splits. Great copy and the sleeve is quite tidy.   Comments: Quite a tough single to find and an odd release too. This particular combination was only released in a few countries, including; Australia, New Zealand and Holland. There is also a Promotional single from Argentina!
