THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the ORIGINAL LARGE MAD HATTER LABEL 1st 1973 pressing -

HEAVYWEIGHT ORIGINAL VINYL- IMMACULATE!

Stored from new this LP has seen possibly A HANDFUL OF VERY CAREFUL plays only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. THE VINYL REALLY IS QUITE SUPERB.

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this 'HATTER' LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are a couple of light spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are a few whisp lines, and thats it-  nothing else!  Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard NO static in the dead grooves of any note at all....

QUITE SIMPLY A SUBLIME LISTEN ALL THE WAY THROUGH

A very rare record to see at all these days in this condition..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE LABELS   MINT-  large pink MAD HATTER LABELS

THE SLEEVE     EX strong

Correct FLAT MATT UK issued sleeve  - with INSERT with the mad hatter logo on the back top right as it should be.

 Later sleeves had the 'phonogram' logo addd after they took over the label in the late 70s ..(THESE WERE ADDED TO THE LATER 70s RE-ISSUES)

 This is in A SUPER CLEAN condition, and for such a hard 'original' sleeve to see in good condition this is a nice example.

The edges have just the odd spot of rub on the edges!

There is some light feathering in a few spots and a little shelf wear with the off spider line on the edge.

There are  af few very light discolour marks

Some light ring press

The open edge remains sharp condition -just a little feathering

One crease on the back open edge at the bottom

The spine is superb & nice to see this SQUARE ..it is a cracker!

LYRIC SHEET  MINT-

This is the ORIGINAL 1st issue green thick CARD insert..These are rare!!  they quickly changed to a green thin card insert, then a brown paper one after that..

this is superb and has not wear or damage at all!
