At the time Americans arrived, small companies started pressing records in small batches Laminated Paper sleeve issues, as well in color Vinyl, up to the mid/ later 70's 
After the Americans / GI's had left the Island,by the mid 70's ,  Record companies moved in and manufactured official releases under Licence . Tiny quantities were pressed - Hard sleeve issues - but not sold and the locals were not interested. Most of them were dumped, or destroyed by the climate / humidity  You therefor hardly ever see them on the net
All my Taiwan releases were pers. selected & collected around the Island since the late 90's up to date
