Description
I'm not a dealer but an avid collector for over 15 years. Just bought a mate's collection of 300 LP's in order to get the 30 I wanted. I'm selling the rest over the next weeks/months - lots of good stuff coming up. Please note that all gradings were done using the UK version of the 'Record Collector Price Guide'. I have used +/- where an item is just outside of the standard grading structure.
Genesis - Trespass - Original 1970 UK LP 1st pressing on the mega rare pink scroll Charisma label - Serial number CAS1020 - Matrix numbers CAS1020A-2U and B-2U.
The original non-laminated textured gatefold sleeve is quite simply superb with little or no signs of wear at all. There are no bends, folds, creases or writing of any kind. I would really like to grade this full mint but it is 34 years old : MINT- condition.
The vinyl itself shines like mint vinyl and shows little signs of being played. When viewing under a light there is just one very, very, very (I mean very....) faint line on side-2 (possibly made by taking the vinyl in and out of the paper inner sleeve). This LP sounds truly superb on my Linn Sondeck LP12 : MINT- condition.
The all important pink scroll Charisma labels are superb with little or signs of use at all. I would guess this LP has been played two or three times max : MINT condition.
