GENESIS - Trespass LP, CAS 1020, E J Day Gatefold Textured Sleeve, PINK SCROLL LABELS, A-2U/B-2U Matrix 1st Press.
I bought this LP brand new in the early 1970s. It’s been in my collection, very carefully looked after ever since.
The textured gatefold sleeve is in lovely condition – the only light wear is exceedingly minor (2mm) creasing to the top right hand corner. There are no disc impressions and all edges and the spine are undamaged, there are minimal shelf marks, and the disc opening is almost unmarked.
The vinyl is unmarked and has been carefully kept in an inner sleeve poly liner. The label is the sought after Charisma ‘pink scroll label’ – again, in beautiful condition.
The original lyric sheet has some minor creasing to the corners (but no rips or tears) and has clearly been folded at some point in its life. Quite how that happened, I can’t recall – I certainly would never have folded it and it’s possible it came like this. It has been kept flat for the last 40+ years.
This really is in excellent condition for a 42 year old album, and you’d be hard pressed to find a copy in better condition.
It will be very securely packaged to avoid damage in the post.
