Vinyl: EX++   condition. Only a couple of small wispy hairlines can be detected, very small indeed. Otherwise this looks nearly PRISTINE!! Only 2 or 3 plays at most!! Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled.

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the best condition highly collectable albums I have come across for the last few years!!!!  Only a a couple of minute wispiest of hairlines to be detected under an intense observation under an intense light!!  ASTONISHING!!!! I have had about a dozen of copies of this album (first presses) over the last ten years. This is by far the very best I have ever come across. Textured gatefold EJ Day sleeve with B&C Records credits and no labelling to the spine.

    I have played this album in FULL> it plays absolutely faultless, NO skips, NO jumps, NO pops and ... NO crackle!!!! The audio is breathtakingly sublime!!!! Only some staic between tracks, very minimal!! Any vinyl always has this. This album in this fantastic condition rarely ever comes up for sale and in my opinion it will be IMPOSSIBLE to better this. As such it is the ultimate KEEPER/VAULT copy and a mighty good investment!!! Most of these are now safely tucked away in major prog/psych collections around the world, this is a very rare opportunity to acquire this glorious album.

The gatefold sleeve is likewise PHENOMENAL!!! ABSOLUTELY MINIMAL SCUFFING ON THE EDGES!!! See the close-up pics for a good impression of what the whole album looks like. This is exceptional in each and every way conceivable!! Crispest opening ever seen!!!! This, of course has the fully textured sleeve!!! Only the very first issues were textured from the outside and .... THE INSIDE as well. The lyrics inner is present as well and in EX condition although it is obvous that is has been handled, NO creases though and that is quite exceptional in itself.

Most copies do not have the inner gatefold textured feature as it was quite expensive to have the whole textured. As a result the subsequent batches were SMOOTH  inside. THIS IS RARE!!! Connoisseurs will know what is on offer in this auction!!! Nowadays this only ever turns up ONCE A YEAR at the very most!!! Most Trespass albums are now included in major prog collections around the world!!! Just have a look at the pictures, this is unheard of for this nearly 40 year old album!!!

This beautiful glossy slab of vinyl is pure quality!!!!! The vinyl looks fantastic and I played it all the way through, it sounds STUNNING !!!! Re-issues do just not measure up to the depth of the sound. This is just awesome!!! NO jumps, NO pops and NO skips. NO background crackle!!!! This album is playgraded on a Linn Sondek/ Rotel/ B&W set-up. The audio is simply MINDBLOWING!!!! It would be a very tough task to still upgrade from this copy. It has to be the very best one available!!!!

The gatefold sleeve is the correct textured one. I have attempted to do some close-up shots on the edges just to reflect the near immaculate condition of this album. One crease to the back top corner hardly distracts from the beauty of this phenomenal sleeve!! NO WRITING ON THE SPINE MAKING THIS THE VERY VERY FIRST SLEEVE, subsequent textured sleeves had print on the spine and even later sleeves were NOT textured on the inside. THIS COPY HAS THE VERY FIRST SLEEVE WITH ALL CORRECT FEATURES!!!!!!!!

This album is still very much like it first was when it was sold over the counter of a 1970 record shop. In my opinion it will be impossible to find a better copy than this!!!!THIS IS A REAL ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY. ONCE IT'S GONE, IT'S GONE!!

Labels are NM. The pink scroll labels are both stunning. Perfect except for a few extremely light spindle marks. Only a couple of hardly visible spindle lines.  SENSATIONAL!!! P.S It looks as if there are some patches on the labels in the pictures. Rest assured , this is just the sunlight through our net curtains casting shadows.
