For auction today is one of the rarest Genesis singles. Released 40 years ago in New Zealand.
"When the sour turns to sweet", B side "In Hiding"..

Only a handful of these singles are known to exist anywhere in the world, This is a rare opportunity to own one.

The condition of the original Decca company sleeve is VG+. There are no rips or tears, however there are ageing spots and creasing at the opening. To be expected with a 40 year old single.

Side 1 of the vinyl grades visually at VG(+) with many scuff marks from the single being removed from the paper sleeve and one significant stylus mark. Play graded, this side grades at a strong VG++ no pops or clicks but some background noise is audible in parts.

Side 2 of the vinyl grades visually at VG(+) with many scuff marks from the single being removed from the paper sleeve. Play graded, this side grades at a strong VG++ no pops or clicks but very slight background noise is audible in parts.

The labels on both sides are free of any writing, however they both show slight ageing spots. Both labels grade at a strong VG+

Overall this is a very acceptable copy of a very rare Genesis single that will compliment any serious Genesis collection. A reasonable reserve has been set for this piece of Genesis history.
