Gentle Giant---"Octopus"---Original UK Stereo 1st Pressing In NM Playing Condition On The Swirl Vertigo Label---1Y1 and 2Y1 From 1972---With 12 2/04 & 5/04 Mothers & Stampers---You Might Not Find Another For A Long, Long Time!!!
This is a UK copy in stereo from 1972 on the swirl Vertigo label, cat. no. 6360 080 with matrices 1Y1 and 2Y1 and with 12/04 and 5/04 mothers and stampers.
Vinyl: NM. Vinyl has a wonderful high gloss shine and no marks. It plays with superb audio quality having just a little light surface crackle at the run in of side 1 which disappears into the music. Side 2 is actually a little better. This sounds superb!!
Labels: MINT. Labels are in a beautiful shiny condition with no markings. There are no spindle lines and it looks as if it has never been played before I just did (What an amazing album it still is!!!).
Sleeve: NM. Gatefold sleeve is beautiful an in solid condition with a little edge wear in 2 places. The spine has lovely sharpness and the light blue and white inside is clean and bright. This is one of the best!!. Vertigo swirl inner is in NM condition except for a little age discolouration.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
