GENTLE GIANT - THREE FRIENDS UK VERTIGO SWIRL LP

1972 UK original first pressing on swirl label. Catalogue number 6360070 Matrix numbers - side one: 6360070 1Y//2 420 117 side two: 6360070 2Y//2 420 118 Gatefold sleeve with swirl inner sleeve. This is a genuine first pressing without 'Made in England' beneath the year 1972 on top right of label.
RECORD CONDITION: Excellent, just the lightest traces of the record having been removed from it's inner sleeve and some very light imprint from the poly-lined inner sleeve. None of this is audible on playback. The labels on both sides are bright and clean with no writing or tears.
SLEEVE CONDITION: Excellent+. The unlaminated sleeve is in lovely, clean condition with no marks, stains or tears. The spine is straight with all text clear and perfect. The opening edge of the gatefold sleeve is straight and shows only minimal evidence of handling. Under close examination I noted two minor creases adjacent to the spine, and one small crease at the base of the spine. The swirl inner sleeve is excellent.
AUDIO GRADING: I play grade records fully using a high quality moving coil cartridge. This LP plays superbly with strong, distortion - free sound. No clicks, pops or other audible defects were noted. Records are graded to Record Collector Grading System definitions.
PACKING: All records are cleaned on a professional quality record cleaning machine and placed into a new poly-lined inner sleeve. The original inner will be included. Record covers are put into a pvc outer sleeve and the record removed from the cover to prevent seam splits. The record will be posted in a new cruciform record box with additional stiffeners.
