This 1st press is on the EMI label. It is complete with the very earliest YAX 4711 - 3 / YAX 4712 - 3 matrix and the original matt gatefold Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. It has a sensational gloss, there is no whitening or signs of heavy play at all. There are just a few very light wispy marks. The label is extremely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and from the moment it begins it is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is a llittle occasional hiss but the sound is rich and clear throughout with Excellent audio separation from start to finish.
The matt gatefold sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The cover image is very clear and sharp. The text is unworn, the black is solid and the white is bright. There is just the slightest corner wear. The back and the inside is also extremely bright and clean with just very light ring wear. The whole sleeve is still solid and the spine is firm with clear text.
