On offer here is a very rare Box Set (especially in this condition!!!!) by George Harrison called 'All Things Must Pass' and is an ORIGINAL UK 1970 1st pressing on the 1st Press Apple labels!!!! THIS 3/LP BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS ONE EVEN MORE SPECIAL - AS IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' AND RAREST 1ST PRESSING YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND, AND HAS SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES WHEN COMPARED TO ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  IT EVEN HAS AN EXTRA SPECIALLY MADE 'EXTRA' INSERT & A VERY 'DIFFERENT' OUTER BOX - THAT ONLY EVER CAME WITH THE FIRST FEW HUNDRED 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE!!!!  

BEFORE I GET TO THIS 'EXTRA SPECIAL' RARITY - I WILL EXPLAIN WHAT MAKES THIS LP A 'TRUE' & 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER!!!!  FIRSTLY IT HAS UK 1ST PRESSED RECORDS WITH 1U MATRIX ENDINGS TO EVERY SIDE (LATER ONES DONT)!!!!  SECONDLY IT HAS 'TEXTURED' 'COLOURED' INNER SLEEVES WITH THE SAME COLOUR & 'TEXTURE' ON THE INSIDE OF THE INNERS AS THE OUTSIDE (LATER ONES ARE WHITE & SMOOTH INSIDE)!!!!  THIRDLY THE 'FULL SIZE' POSTER HAS 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' PRINTED IN ONE CORNER (SEE PICTURE), AND HAS A 'MATT' FINISH (LATER ONES WERE 'GLOSSY' AND USUALLY NOT MADE IN GT BRITAIN).  AND LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - THE OUTER BOX COVER IS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' AND HAS SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES TO ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  LIKE ANY GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IT IS 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' (SEE PICTURE) AND IS FAR LARGER THAN THE LATER THINNER 'U.S.' COVERS THAT FOLLOWED!!!!  HOWEVER THIS IS NOT THE ONLY DIFFERENCE!!!!  THE COVER HAS A 'LEATHER EFFECT' TEXTURED FINISH TO THE BLACK PART OF THE COVER (LATER 'GT BRITAIN' COVERS DONT).   BUT THE REAL DIFFERENCE THAT IDENTIFIES THIS COVER AS ONE OF THE FIRST FEW HUNDRED 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER - IS THAT IT HAS A PLAIN CARDBOARD BOTTOM ON THE INSIDE OF THE COVER (ALL LATER COVERS HAVE A 'WHITE' BOTTOM AND LATER STILL AN ORANGE ONE)!!!!  AND THIS TIES IN PERFECTLY WITH THE 'EXTRA INSERT' I MENTIONED EARLIER!!!!  WHEN THIS BOX SET WAS FIRST CONCIEVED THE IDEA WAS TO HAVE A PLAIN CARDBOARD BOTTOM TO THE INSIDE OF THE COVER AND TO COVER THIS WITH AN 'EXTRA' STIFFENER INSERT WHICH WAS PERFECTLY COLOURED IN ORANGE ON ONE SIDE TO MATCH THE INSIDE LEFT HAND OPENING SIDE OF THE COVER!!!!  IF YOU LOOK AT MY PICTURES - YOU WILL SEE EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN (I HAVE TAKEN 1 PICTURE WITH THIS INSERT 'IN PLACE' AND ONE WITHOUT)!!!!  THE 'EXTRA' STIFFENER ALSO SERVED THE PURPOSE OF 'FILLING' THE LARGER UK BOX TO STOP MOVEMENT IN DELIVERY.  HOWEVER THIS IDEA WAS IMMEDIATELY DROPPED (DUE TO TIME & PRODUCTION COSTS) AND IT WAS INSTEAD DECIDED TO LINE THE BOTTOM OF THE INSIDE OF ALL LATER BOX SETS IN WHITE (AND LATER STILL IN ORANGE)!!!!  NATURALLY THOSE LATER PRESSINGS DO NOT HAVE THIS SPECIALLY MADE 'ORANGE' INSERT!!!!  I WAS WELL INFORMED BY AN EX-EMI EMPLOYEE THAT QUITE LITERALLY ONLY A FEW HUNDRED WERE EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS - BEFORE THE CHANGE WAS MADE!!!!  SO HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS THE RAREST AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS COVER EVER AND IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  IT IS ALSO WORTH MENTIONING - THAT EVEN THE TINY FRACTION OF 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS THAT DID ORIGINALLY HAVE THIS INSERT WOULD HAVE LOST IT OVER THE YEARS - WHICH MAKES THIS BOX SET EVEN RARER STILL!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS BOX SET HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL AND IS IN SUPERB CONDITION - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS APPLE LABELS, 1ST PRESS 1U MATRIX ENDINGS TO ALL SIDES, 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' INNERS, 1ST PRESS 'FULL SIZE' COLOUR POSTER, ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS ORANGE 'STIFFENER' INSERT,  AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GT BRITAIN' TEXTURED OUTER BOX!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL 1970 Apple UK 1st Pressing and is in SUPERB condition!!!! The Cat. No is STCH 639 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Apple labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels to ALL records are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL (and some of the sides look UNPLAYED!)!!!!  The vinyl to ALL records is in AWESOME condition!!!!  Most of these Box Set LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and ALL records have NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  ALL RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOK AWESOME!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the records is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  ALL of the records MUST grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! WHAT AN AWESOME SET OF RECORDS!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Coloured 'Lyric' Inner sleeves which are also in AWESOME condition with NO splits and barely ANY creases AT ALL!!!!  The 'Lyric' inners MUST grade Excellent++ if not better!!!!  The 1st Press 'Made In Gt Britain' FULL Size Poster is in AWESOME condition and doesnt look to have EVER been removed from the cover!!!!  It has NO splits, NO rips, NO writing, NO sticker marks, NO pinholes, NO 'tack' marks, NO yellowing, NO creases, and only the ULTRA slightest touch of 'ruffling' (simply from sitting in the inside the box for many years)!!!!  The Poster must grade Excellent++++ if not better!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press Orange Stiffener Insert is in SUPERB condition with only some EXTREMELY minor creasing (barely ANY), and is INCREDIBLY flat looking!!!!  It MUST grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  The 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Made In Gt Britain' Outer Box is in STUNNING condition!!!!  It still retains a PERFECT box shape and ALL the corners have NO splits AT ALL!!!!  There is barely ANY edge wear AT ALL (only the very VERY lightest rubbing - the black colour is PERFECT), NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), a PERFECT and UNDAMAGED 'hinge', NO writing, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, and NO grubbyness!!!!  The front picture on the top of the box is in SUPERB condition with barely ANY yellowing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO writing, and barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (apart from only a couple of absolutely TINY and virtually INIVISIBLE 1mm touches in one top corner - though these are virtually IMPOSSIBLE to see)!!!!  Even the inside of the box is in SUPERB condition - with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO staining, NO rubbing and NO other damage!!!!  As a point of interest there is also 2 TINY letters on the inside left Gatefold Text that havent been printed properly - NOT from any wear of course - simply a manufacturers defect!!!!  And the only other thing to mention on this SUPERB cover is that the 'Gold Print' on the spine has faded slightly - though ALL the words are still perfectly readable!!!!  The Outer Box MUST grade Excellent(Minus) if not better and is EXTREMELY hard to find in this condition!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
