Description

Up for auction from 1957 GEORGE JONES SINGS MG-20306 1st Issued LP for Mercury Records. GLOSSY COVER is VG+ Has some discoloration from it's 59 years of age with someone's initials on the front, and back with a bit of dry flaking to spines as shown but is overall still intact. RECORD Side A. is a strong VG+ Has some hairlines, and light needle scratches but is overall still glossy clean. Side B. Looks the same as side A. as both sides play strong with just some minor crackles between the quieter passages. LABELS are clean with some light spindle marks. Comes with the original rice paper inner sleeve which has split but still preferable. Overseas bidders please e mail me for shipping prices before bidding, as I do insist on tracking.
