The George Martin Orchestra - 'Yesterday / Another Girl'. R 5375.
The George Martin Orchestra 1965 UK DEMO pressing of 'Yesterday / Another Girl' 7" single. Released on the 12th November 1965, and offered here in wonderful EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition. This demo features two George Martin Orchestral versions of The Beatles (Lennon - McCartney) 1965 compositions.
These initial early demonstration pressings would have been given out to important reviewers and radio stations prior to the release date. Both labels state: 'DEMONSTRATION RECORD NOT FOR SALE' and the UK release date 12.11.65. The vinyl is housed within the original Parlophone Records sleeve.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. 7XCE 18335-1 1 R KT
Side 2. 7XCE 18336-1 1 R KT
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition. Both sides play through with NO problems and sound wonderful.
Both labels are in MINT- condition.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD++ condition. NO damage just some creasing.
