- no matrix / dead-wax notations provenance: was actually given as a gift to the previous owner, by George Martin himself, who was friend of hers in the late 1960's. She was a T.V. producer for various BBC television news programmes as well as Channel 4. I acquired it just this week. It was amongst a small collection of records, but I made a point of asking specifically how it came to be in her possession, this is an edited version of the story... :
