ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Rare Private Original Modern Soul by George Franklin Smallwood & Marshmellow on his own Smallwood label 6027 out of Wahington DC, Flip Side: Mr. Sunshine (Instrumental), Here's one you do not see very often. 

VINYL CONDITION: VG++ appears well cared and rarely played, has a few very light scuffs, pressing quality leaves something to be desired,  heard a few soft pops during play on vocal side -listen,  looks great,  sounds awesome, (please listen to a long sound clip of both sides, to give you a better understanding of the sound quality from the actual record being sold).

LABEL CONDITION: VG++/NM- very clean labels.

Conditions Used: SS (Still Sealed), M (Mint) rarely or never used, NM (Near Mint) is my highest grade, VG (Very Good), G (Good) may use + or - to more accurately give idea of grade, a scuff is a mark of undetermined origin that is not feelable and normally does not affect play, a scratch is a mark that you can normally feel and normally affects play.
