Description
Up for auction with a very MODEST reserve (the only one this week with a reserve) is the George Wallington Quintet at the Bohemia LP on Progressive, catalog # PLP 1001. This is the original MONO deep groove pressing on the red and white label, has "RVG" etched in trail off. The LP is NM-, a pristine example of this extremely rare lp. The laminated cover is NM-as well, with just a tiny bit of wear on the lower right corner........back cover has some light foxing along top left and lower right corners, and price written in pencil along top, otherwise very nice. Vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI. Personnel includes: George Wallington; Jackie McLean; Donald Byrd; Paul Chambers; and Art Taylor. All LPs are shipped outside of the album cover in a brand new sleeve and are packed in dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts. Shipping is $7.00 via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the US or Airmail to Canada. $12.00 Airmail to Europe and the UK, $14.00 to my friends and customers in the Pacific.
