Description

Due to the rarity of this item, I am only willing to offer international shipping via
Fully insured Priority Mail, which is trackable.
Unfortunately, the full value must be declared in order to insure the value / final selling price of this record.
International Priority Mail is VERY expensive, and I will add a $4 handling fee to the exact shipping cost,
to cover the packaging, paperwork, and the extra cost of insuring for the final price.
I understand this is all prohibitively expensive for most collectors, but I do love my international customers
just as much as my US customers. Don't sleep.
George and Glen Miller  A Touch Your Life (Vocal) 5:30 B1 Touch Your Life (Instrumental) 5:00 B2 Touch Your Life (Radio Version) 3:45 West End Records: WES 22144 RARE WHITE LABEL PROMO Pressing Arrangement: Barry Eastman Co-producer: Bert Reid Mixed by: Bert Reid Produced by the Millers Written: George & Glen Miller Mastered by: Herb Powers Jr. at Frankford/Wayne Mastering, NYC White Label Promo with clean labels! I visually graded the vinyl under a bright lamp, using "Goldmine magazine" definitions,  and the vinyl looks near-mint. It's a rare white label promo. Comes in an excellent condition, period-appropriate jacket that has  no stickers or damage. I'm only offering a Priority Mail option, for full buyer and seller protection to international and US customers
This will be shipped in a stiff LP mailer with MANY filler-pads and tightly taped together (2 pounds weight) Signature Confirmation is mandatory in the US and is included in the price: someone will have to sign for this item (this protects the buyer AND the seller!) If you do your research, you'll see that this is the best price possible for super-rare disco boogie funk that I need to part with. I never played this copy out at all, since I had a beat-up commercial pressing which is also long gone.  It looks like it was maybe played once or twice by the collector I bought it from in the late 90's ... he was NOT a "DJ". This rarity recently turned up on eBay and sold for $260, so I'm starting the bidding at $220 with  a buy-it-now, instant payment required price of $280 ... don't sleep, as the white label promo NEVER shows up for sale. Pop Sike shows that the commercial pressing used to go for a VERY high price, so this is actually pretty reasonable. There's one copy of this promo for sale on disc-ogs and that's about it if you want to pay more than $340 for a merely VG+ copy. I included a close up of the dead-wax, so you can see the Frankford/Wayne stamp and Herb Powers Junior's signature and smiley face / shout-out. In the event you're interested in anything else I'm selling, I won't charge any extra postage. I prefer the instrumental, here's a Youtube clip:
(you can follow the youtube links to hear the main vocal version, which is quite good as well)
