Condizioni : copertina laminata su entrambi i lati mostra un leggero ring wear, qualche grinzetta e pochi lievi graffietti soprattutto sulla superficie frontale; grande stato, EX+ / vinile che presenta alcuni modesti segnetti che condizionano minimamente il perfetto ascolto con pochi leggeri clicchettii; grande stato, EX+

Condition : laminated cover on both sides shows a light ring wear, some small creases and a few thin scuffs especially on the front surface, EX+ / vinyl has some minor signs which affect minimally listening with a few slight clicks, EX+ 

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge. I listen EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : buona colonna sonora che corre su due diversi binari. Sul primo passa un treno con musica rock e psichedelica. Parlando di rock mi riferisco soprattutto alle due canzoni interpretate in Inglese dal gruppo Belga Wallace Collection: "My Way of Loving You" (a1) ha ritmo vivace grazie al lavoro delle tastiere, chitarra, violino e batteria oltre naturalmente alla bella vocalità di Sylvain Van Holmen. "Stay" (b1) è una ballata più morbida nel cantato ma comunque accompagnata da una ritmica veloce. La psichedelia è degnamente rappresentata da due fenomenali brani. "Haschisch Party" (a2) è caratterizzato da percussioni ossessive con vocalizzi in sottofondo, distorsioni della chitarra elettrica e sonorità del sitar in un atmosfera allucinata e ipnotica. "Le Cauchemar d’une Droguée" - L’incubo di una donna tossicodipendente - (a4) ha una struttura complessa e sofisticata con vocalizzi femminili che cambiano improvvisamente di tonalità così come i vari strumenti, sitar compreso, che passano da sonorità moderate a ritmi molto veloci. Tutto questo crea una convulsa agitazione musicale che ben riflette un'atmosfera psichedelica. Il secondo treno porta buona musica atmosferica necessaria per descrivere il rapporto d’amore e odio della donna - Virna Lisi – con il crudele marito - Helmut Berger. "Première Rencontre" (b2) è tema romantico ma sviluppato piuttosto violentemente da batteria, percussioni e vocalizzi femminili mentre "Retour sans Lendemain" (b3) ha un atmosfera più distesa nonostante la malinconia che la pervade, con ancora una volta buoni vocalizzi femminili e orchestra a supporto. 

Notes : an excellent soundtrack which runs on two different rails. On the first there is a train with rock and psychedelic music. Talking about rock I am referring especially to the two songs performed in English by the Belgian group Wallace Collection. "My Way of Loving You" (a1) has lively rhythm thanks to the fine work of keyboards, guitar, violin and drums and of course to the beautiful vocals of Sylvain Van Holmen. "Stay" (b1) is a ballad more soft in singing but still accompanied by a fast rhythm. Psychedelia is worthily represented by two terrific  tracks. "Hashisch Party" (a2) is characterized by obsessive percussion with vocalizations in the background, distortions of electric guitar, sitar sound into a hallucinatory and hypnotic atmosphere. "Le Cauchemar d’une Droguée" - The nightmare of a drug-addicted woman - (a4) has a complex and sophisticated structure with female vocalisms that suddenly change their timbres as well as various instruments, sitar included, which become from moderate sonorities to hectic rhythms. All these create a music convulsive agitation which well reflects a psychedelic atmosphere. The second train brings good atmospheric music needed to describe the relationship of love and hate between the woman - Virna Lisi -  and  the cruel husband - Helmut Berger. "Première Rencontre" (b2) is a romantic theme but developed rather violently by drums, percussion and female vocalisms while "Lendemain sans Retour" (b3) has a more relaxed atmosphere despite the pervading melancholy, with good female vocalisms once again and orchestra in support.
