Description
For auction is GERRY MULLIGAN's "Jeru" on Columbia CL 1963, MONO, 1963. White label Promo Edition.
SOUND: VG+ or better
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Overall the playback is outstanding, with great sound. The only thing that keeps the record from the "NM" grade is the appearance of a minor "tic" here or there. Only a few on the record, and not a big deal...
VINYL: NM
The vinyl is really beautiful. It is very glossy and clean, looking almost new. No marks or scuffs, only a faint smudge here or there. the record is on large white "2-Eye" Columbia labels, in excellent shape.
JACKET: VG+/NM-
Edges and spine are solid and in very good shape. Corners too, are very nice, with only the most minimal sign of wear. The front cover has a promo track-list banner, and a "New Star" sticker. Otherwise, modest wear. The back cover is exceptionally clean and bright, with the most minimal wear or aging.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
