On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Gerry & The Pacemakers called 'Ferry Across The Mersey' and is a VERY rare 1965 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!!  THIS LP IS GERRY & THE PACEMAKERS RAREST LP AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND!!!!  THIS LP ALSO FEATURES TRACKS BY CILLA BLACK, THE FOURMOST & THE GEORGE MARTIN ORCHESTRA.  NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS ALSO IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1965 UK 1ST MONO PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, 1ST PRESS EMITEX INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Columbia MONO 1st pressing from 1965 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 33SX 1693 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Gerry & The Pacemakers at their best!!!! Any fan of Gerry & The Pacemakers, Cilla Black, The Fourmost, George Martin, The Beatles or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!!  The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Garrod & Lofthouse 'Patents Pending' Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in GREAT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing!!!! However there are a couple of defects to mention on the reverse of the cover.  Firstly there is a faint (and small) graze towards the right of the cover (NOT affecting any text), and secondly there is a patch of wear just below the top flipback (again NOT affecting ANY text) - though this is white on white so it doesnt show much AT ALL!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
