GG Allin's signature appears on the front of the picture sleeve in black pen--it includes his prisoner number: 206045. Original picture sleeve is in great shape, with almost no imperfections. Otherwise, corners are sharp, no seam splits, no ring wear, and no water/ink damage. The record is in amazing shape, with no signs of scuffing/hairlines.
