- Cover: VG+VG+ (Shrinkwrap still on, open along open edge. Bit of wear at corners. There is a gold label with an orange label on the shrinkwrap at top right. The gold label has a tear)
- Vinyl: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, which makes the record scarier. Can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Side 1 has some pitting. Side 2 has a tiny bit of wear around center hole)
Size: 12" 33 1/3 RPM
