The intentions of debutant directors are not always resolved, but the sincerity and the moral energy on the one hand, the plastic strength of the images and the compactness of the narrative plot, achieve tasks of indisputable force of expression.

Freely inspired by the figure of the socialist trade unionist Salvatore Carnevale.

Awarded at the Venice film festival, it is the first role as a leader for Gianmaria Volontè.

Jacket :    EX  

Light paper cover, in EX condition, corners quite sharp, no bumps or wear, thin seams and spine in excellent condition, no ring wear on front/back. An excellent cover indeed, considered the softness of the paper.

Vinyl :   NM  

The lustre vinyl looks unplayed or possibly played one or twice with the most care. A pristine copy, no defect at all.

Catalogue/Label :

45 BLUEBELL BB03081 original italian pressing. Labels in perfect condition with no defect at all. Please look at the photo below.

GRADING CODE

Grading is VISUAL, under a bright light. 

        NM  (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint".

EX   (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly).

VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise.

VG  Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart.

VG-(Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues. 

 G  Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold AS-IS.
