Superb Italian soundtrack rarity. Eclectic arrangements by the maestro ranging from ultra-stylish vocal pop / groovy lounge funk to sophisticated avantgarde orchestrations and voices. Perfect music to capture the schizophrenic mood of this cult giallo / psychological thriller. A film directed by Cesare Canevari starring Erika Blanc / Adolfo Celi and Paolo Ferrari. Our soundclip opens with the beautiful psychedelic pop of EMMANUELLE (featuring the Alessandroni singers) followed by the funky hammond lounge and counterpoint harmony of CAOS / the B-boy drum breaks and jazzy shake beat sound of TEMPO / the bewitching OSMOSI (an alternative version of the re-occuring main theme) / the sinister ANGOSCIA mixing gentle orchestral sounds with more agitated horror film rhythms and voices / the scat lounge of EQUAZIONE with psych wah wah and organ / the harpsichord and baroque strings of ANALISI / the progressive MICROPSICHIA theme and gothic atmospheres of the Bruno Nicolai cum Morricone-esque PROFONDITA with beats and delirious vocals to finish. Lazy hip hop on here / funky stuff / jazzy horns / bass flute by Gino Marinacci / hammond a la Piero Umiliani and the electric harp player is Anna Palumbo, for sure :) Not many Italian soundtrack collectors were aware of just how good this experimental pop obscurity really was until recently either ;) Amazing artwork sleeve showing the sexy Erika Blanc. Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG

Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG+ condition with hairlines and light scuffs. Some faded, old pressing marks (most probably caused by the original plastic inner). Surface noises. Soft pops / ticks in places (as you can hear on our soundclip) but even a M- copy will play with sporadic, audible noises. The laminated sleeve is in strong VG++ condition (closer to M-) regardless of some ring wear marks. Minimal wear else where. Just some common scuffing to laminate from storage and a few light dirt marks. Perfect spine. Sharp looking item. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Very rare OST Lp!!!
