The 2nd album from this heavy hitting 70s German progressive rock act.Never issued in the United States. Rampaging organs and guitars are all over this thing, making it a must-have. Originally recorded in 1974! "heavy as hell".What a great piece of music! Great keyboards ala Jon Lord and fantastic guitar playing make this a must hear! Deep Purple fanatics would love this. So much of the seventies music still holds up today, and this is truly one of those albums!
Here is your chance to own a very good release. If your into that heavy prog rock sound from the mid '70's then Gift is a must! This is such an exciting release, really! If you like Message, Frumpy, Culpeper's Orchard or Birth Control then your going to love this hard rockin' release. Here's what the book "The Crack In The Cosmic Egg" had to say about Gift: Originating in Augsberg circa 1969 as Phallus Dei, Gift had quite a confused history. Their debut LP as Phallus Dei apparently was never officially released, though it is rumored to exist. After ill-fated attempts to get a record contract they changed name to Gift and adopted a straighter hard-rock style. With the addition of keyboards on Blue Apple they became a lot more progressive, and it has some great moments.

NM (NEAR MINT) : Near perfect copy, played only a few times. At worst it may have one or two insignificant flaws. This is the highest grade I give for a non-sealed (used) record.
EX (EXCELLENT) : Clean copy, slight surface marks/hairlines, cover has minor defaults.
VG++ (VERY GOOD++) : More surface marks, minor flaws, or cover wear, minor edge wear (cover). Nothing serious but is not graded EX because of few minor defaults.
VG+ (VERY GOOD +) : Played a lot, will show signs of handling, has marks, possibly few light scratches but no jumps or sticks. Cover wear (light ring wear, heavier corner or edge wear on cover).
VG (VERY GOOD) : Used record, played a lot, has marks, few scratches, some crackling while playing and but no jumps or sticks. Still quite listenable. Cover may have heavy corner, edge wear or split seams.
G (GOOD) : Played a lot and more (but still playable), lot of scratches, crackles a lot while playing, may have jump or sticks and cover is damaged...so not so good ! This record must be very rare to be proposed in this state !!!
