Hello! Here is a gift idea for a vinyl record lover: a rare Pre-Release Radio Station Service time stamp labeled album from Small Faces “The First Step” with WHITE PROMO LABEL! WB 1851, marked “Not For Resale . Gatefold first pressing from 1970, features Rod Stewart and Ron Wood! WS 1851.
Cover is conservatively graded VG+ due to slight corner wear and a little ring wear, more noticeable on the back. Vinyl is also conservatively graded VG+ due to slight scuffs on surface. No major damage to report: no splits on seams or tearing or names written on cover. No scratches or warp on the vinyl. Has not been play tested but nothing is visible to indicate skipping would occur. Comes with a generic white inner sleeve.
Front cover has a white label from Warner Brothers that says “Warner Bros Radio Station Service Not For Resale” at the bottom. Label shows the track listing for each side, the total time for each side and the time for each individual track. Someone wrote a small X next to each song. On the vinyl, the record label is white and says “Warner Bros Records Promotion Not For Sale”. The playing time for each song and for the entire side is shown as well. There is another message that says “All selections published by Copyright Control”.
